Rice Soufflé
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold cooked rice
- 3 eggs separated
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese grated
- 2 T. butter
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Mix egg yolks with rice, blend in milk, butter, cheese. Fold in beaten egg
- whites. Bake in 300 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
