Instructions
 

  • Pastry for two-crust pie
  • Roll pastry into two sheets about 10 X 10 X 1/8 inches in size.
  • Cut into 5 inch squares.
  • Put rounded tablespoon of desired jam or pie filling on one half of each
  • square, placing it so pastry can be folded into a triangle.
  • Fold other half of pastry over jams, and seal open edges of triangle by press-
  • ing them together with a floured fork. Prick with fork, sprinkle with sugar.
  • Place on foil lined baking sheet. Bake 5 as you are finishing the others.
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
