Apple Pie Filling
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 4 T. com starch
- 3 quarts sliced apples
- 1 T. cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix sugar, starch and water and cook and stir until smooth. Then add apples
- and cinnamon and cook until tender.
