Fudge Pie (Lorene Hood's)

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 to 3 T. cocoa
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Instructions
 

  • Melt margarine in heavy saucepan. Add sugar and cocoa, stir well and add
  • eggs. Stir mixture, do not beat. Add milk and vanilla. Pour into a 9 inch
  • unbaked pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to
  • 350 degrees and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes.
