Cut up your chicken, wash it, then salt and pepper it. Beat 2 eggs and 1 1/2 cup
buttermilk. Dip your chicken into the eggs and milk mixture. Then roll real
good in flour.
Use a deep fryer with about 2 cups of cooking oil. Let the oil get hot. Put your
chicken in and let the chicken get golden brown. Turn to low heat and cook for
30 minutes.
