Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold cooked rice
  • 3 eggs separated
  • 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix egg yolks with rice, blend in milk, butter, cheese. Fold in beaten egg
  • whites. Bake in 300 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
