Sauce for Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 T. minced onion
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts drained
- 1 T. prepared mustard
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 1. Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter and cook onion until soft.
- Blend in in remaining ingredients.
- Place Brussels sprouts in hot vegetable dish.
- Pour sauce over and serve at once.
