Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg. Elbow macaroni
  • 3 T. flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 T. butter
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 lb. Cubed cheese

Instructions
 

  • Make cream sauce of butter, flour, salt and milk. Add cheese and stir until
  • melted. Add macaroni to 3 quarts boiling slated water. Allow water to return to
  • boil. Stir occasionally. Cook 8 - 10 minutes. Drain, add sauce. Top with bread
  • crumbs and bake in medium oven for about 1/2 hour,
