Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Elbow macaroni
- 3 T. flour
- 2 cups milk
- 3 T. butter
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 lb. Cubed cheese
Instructions
- Make cream sauce of butter, flour, salt and milk. Add cheese and stir until
- melted. Add macaroni to 3 quarts boiling slated water. Allow water to return to
- boil. Stir occasionally. Cook 8 - 10 minutes. Drain, add sauce. Top with bread
- crumbs and bake in medium oven for about 1/2 hour,
