English Pea Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 large can English peas drained
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 small jar pimiento chopped
- 1 boiled eggs chopped fine
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except the cracker crumbs and butter and place in a cas-
- serole dish. Top with the cracker crumbs and pour the melted butter on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
