Ingredients
  

  • From Shirley Briggs
  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • large onion
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 large container sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions
 

  • Butter 13 x9 casserole. Lay out potatoes. Chop large onion over pota-
  • toes. Layer cheese next. Mix last three ingredients and pour over pota-
  • toes. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
  • Turkey, chicken or ham may be added.
