Au Gratin Potatoes
Ingredients
- From Shirley Briggs
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- large onion
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 large container sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Instructions
- Butter 13 x9 casserole. Lay out potatoes. Chop large onion over pota-
- toes. Layer cheese next. Mix last three ingredients and pour over pota-
- toes. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
- Turkey, chicken or ham may be added.
