frozen hash browns
large onion
1/2
lb.
Velveeta cheese
1
stick butter
1
large container sour cream
1
can cream of chicken soup
Instructions
Butter 13 x9 casserole. Lay out potatoes. Chop large onion over pota-
toes. Layer cheese next. Mix last three ingredients and pour over pota-
toes. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Turkey, chicken or ham may be added.
