Instructions
 

  • Knead
  • with
  • flour
  • enough
  • dough
  • for
  • one
  • loaf
  • of
  • bread
  • till
  • of
  • working
  • consistency.
  • On lightly floured surface, roll into a 16 x 8 inch rectangle.
  • Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter and 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon;
  • spread over dough. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup raisins or pecans if desired.
  • Roll lengthwise as for a jelly roll. Seal edge. Cut in 1
  • inch
  • slices.
  • Start

  • dle of first cut, then halve each of those and so on. Place each roll as it is cut
  • (cut side down) in 2 greased round cake pans. Place on roll in middle and sur-
  • round with seven others. Cover, let rise 9 - 12 hours. Bake 20 minutes at 350
