Knead
with
flour
enough
dough
for
one
loaf
of
bread
till
of
working
consistency.
On lightly floured surface, roll into a 16 x 8 inch rectangle.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter and 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon;
spread over dough. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup raisins or pecans if desired.
Roll lengthwise as for a jelly roll. Seal edge. Cut in 1
inch
slices.
Start
in
mid-
dle of first cut, then halve each of those and so on. Place each roll as it is cut
(cut side down) in 2 greased round cake pans. Place on roll in middle and sur-
round with seven others. Cover, let rise 9 - 12 hours. Bake 20 minutes at 350
degrees.
GLAZE: Add a teaspoon melted butter to a little milk. Add sufficient
