Ingredients

- 6 Eggs
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Rum
- 1 Q. Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Beat Yolks and 2/3 c. sugar till
- Lemon colored
- Slowly Add rum / beat constantly
- Beat Whites and Sugar till almost
- STiff. fold rum mix into Whites
- Beat Cream and fold in to mix.
