Ingredients
  

  • Shirley's Home Economics Recipe
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar dissolved in
  • 1 pkg. Yeast dissolved in
  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 4 cups flour

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter. Cool. Beat egg well in large bowl. Add dissolved sugar and salt.
  • Add dissolved yeast. Mix all ingredients well. Let rise from 1 - 1
  • 1/2 hours.

  • much as I hate to say it, my rolls turned out aufful. I forgot to put
  • the butter in when the recipe said to and I abready had the dough rising
  • before I remembered it. I was in a huvry when I fixed them to a sa
  • I'm going to bry it again as soon as I have plenty of time.
