Mexican Corn Bread
Ingredients
- Makes 2 Skillets - from the kitchen
 - 3 cup self-rising corn mea
 - of Wanda Maze
 - 1 t. salt
 - 3 T. sugar
 - 1 can cream style corn
 - 1 lg. Onion chopped fine
 - 1 c. oil slightly less
 - 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
 - 3 eggs
 - 1 1/2 c. sweet milk
 - 1 2 pickled jalapeno peppers
 - chopped
 
Instructions
- Mix all of the above ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. May be
 - frozen uncooked.
