Pepper Relish
Ingredients
- from Cleazel's kitchen
- 1 dozen sweet green peppers
- 1 dozen sweet red peppers
- 3 large onions
- 3 t. salt
- 2 cups. Sugar
- 2 pints vinegar
Instructions
- Chop peppers and onion until fine. Cover with boiling water and let stand 10
- minutes. Drain, cover again with hot water and let come to a boil. Let stand 10
- to 15 minutes. Drain dry, and add salt, vinegar and sugar. Cook for 15 minutes
- and pack hot in jars.
