Pepper Relish

Ingredients
  

  • from Cleazel's kitchen
  • 1 dozen sweet green peppers
  • 1 dozen sweet red peppers
  • 3 large onions
  • 3 t. salt
  • 2 cups. Sugar
  • 2 pints vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Chop peppers and onion until fine. Cover with boiling water and let stand 10
  • minutes. Drain, cover again with hot water and let come to a boil. Let stand 10
  • to 15 minutes. Drain dry, and add salt, vinegar and sugar. Cook for 15 minutes
  • and pack hot in jars.
