Freezer Slaw

Instructions
 

  • 6 lbs. Cabbage
  • 2 T. salt
  • Put salt over shredded cabbage and let set for 1 hour. Drain.
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 T. celery seed
  • 2 T. mustard seed
  • Bring to boil and pour over cabbage while still boiling. Cool and Freeze.
