Ingredients
  

  • 1 deep dish pie crust - unbaked
  • 1 lb. Pork sausage
  • or 2 regular crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 large can evaporated milk
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese shredded
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Brown and drain sausage. Place in pie crust. Blend eggs, milk, cheese and salt
  • in blender until cheese is grated. Pour over meat. Bake 25-30 minutes in 350
  • degree oven.
