Ingredients

deep dish pie crust - unbaked
1
lb.
Pork sausage
or 2 regular crust
4
eggs
1/2
large can evaporated milk
4
oz.
Cheddar cheese shredded
Salt to taste
Instructions
Brown and drain sausage. Place in pie crust. Blend eggs, milk, cheese and salt
in blender until cheese is grated. Pour over meat. Bake 25-30 minutes in 350
degree oven.
