Hamburger Crunch
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup rice do not use instant
- 2 cans water
- 4 T. soy sauce
- salt and pepper added to meat
- 1 can chow mein noodles
Instructions
- Brown beef only until it looses its pink Then add chopped onion. Cook un-
- til onion is clear. Mix soups, water, rice, and soy sauce together in casserole.
- Add meat mixture and combine thoroughly. Cook at 350 degree oven for 50
- minutes. When done, sprinkle chow mein noodles and heat.
- **This can be divided into two casseroles if you wish. Cook both and freeze
- one for future use. Don't put the chow mein noodles on it until just before ready
- to serve.
