Hamburger Crunch

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup rice do not use instant
  • 2 cans water
  • 4 T. soy sauce
  • salt and pepper added to meat
  • 1 can chow mein noodles

Instructions
 

  • Brown beef only until it looses its pink Then add chopped onion. Cook un-
  • til onion is clear. Mix soups, water, rice, and soy sauce together in casserole.
  • Add meat mixture and combine thoroughly. Cook at 350 degree oven for 50
  • minutes. When done, sprinkle chow mein noodles and heat.
  • **This can be divided into two casseroles if you wish. Cook both and freeze
  • one for future use. Don't put the chow mein noodles on it until just before ready
  • to serve.
