Brown beef only until it looses its pink Then add chopped onion. Cook un-
til onion is clear. Mix soups, water, rice, and soy sauce together in casserole.
Add meat mixture and combine thoroughly. Cook at 350 degree oven for 50
minutes. When done, sprinkle chow mein noodles and heat.
**This can be divided into two casseroles if you wish. Cook both and freeze
one for future use. Don't put the chow mein noodles on it until just before ready
to serve.
