Ingredients
  

  • from Diane Coker
  • 1 lb. Hot sausage
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese grated
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pack crescent rolls
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups milk

Instructions
 

  • Press out crescent rolls into a 9 X 13 baking pan. Brown, rinse, and drain sau-
  • sage. Beat egg with milk and add salt and pepper to taste. Layer sausage,
  • cheese on rolls. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes
  • or until done.
