Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients

- 1 lb. Hot sausage
- 3 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 6 eggs
- 1 pack crescent rolls
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups milk
Instructions
- Press out crescent rolls into a 9 X 13 baking pan. Brown, rinse, and drain sau-
- sage. Beat egg with milk and add salt and pepper to taste. Layer sausage,
- cheese on rolls. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes
- or until done.
