Beef and Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 T. green pepper chopped
- 2/3 cup rice
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Cook meat in skillet, add onion and pepper. Cook rice separately. Mix together
- meat mixture and rice. Add milk and egg. Pour all in buttered casserole dish
- and bake in 425 degree oven until firm.
