Beef and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 T. green pepper chopped
  • 2/3 cup rice
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Cook meat in skillet, add onion and pepper. Cook rice separately. Mix together
  • meat mixture and rice. Add milk and egg. Pour all in buttered casserole dish
  • and bake in 425 degree oven until firm.
