Ground beef

large onion
chopped

green pepper

rice

large can evaporated milk

egg
Instructions
Cook meat in skillet, add onion and pepper. Cook rice separately. Mix together
meat mixture and rice. Add milk and egg. Pour all in buttered casserole dish
and bake in 425 degree oven until firm.
