Sweet Potato Pie
Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 2 T. butter
- 1 cup cooked sweet potatoes mashed
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Instructions
- Beat eggs slightly, add sugar, salt, spices, and milk. Add butter to mashed pota-
- toes, then add liquid. Mix all together well. Pour into pie shell and bake on 450
- degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 40 min-
- utes more.
