Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 2 cup milk
- 2 T. Peanut butter heaping
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Separate eggs and beat yolks until creamy. Add sugar, mixed with
- cornstarch. Add milk, peanut butter and salt. Cook in double boiler,
- stirring constantly until thick enough to stand in peaks. Pour into baked
- pie shell and top with meringue made of the egg whites and 3 T. sugar.
- Bake at 350 about 10 minutes.
