Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 T. cornstarch
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 T. Peanut butter heaping
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Separate eggs and beat yolks until creamy. Add sugar, mixed with
  • cornstarch. Add milk, peanut butter and salt. Cook in double boiler,
  • stirring constantly until thick enough to stand in peaks. Pour into baked
  • pie shell and top with meringue made of the egg whites and 3 T. sugar.
  • Bake at 350 about 10 minutes.
