Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 T. cornstarch
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 4 egg yolks slightly beaten
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 2 T. cocoa

Instructions
 

  • Combine milk, sugar, starch and salt in mixing bowl and beat. Microwave 4
  • minutes. Beat well. Cook 1 minute or until thick. Beat eggs into small
  • amount of milk mixture. Beat into remaining milk mixture. Beat in cocoa.
  • Microwave 1 1/2 or 2 minutes more. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into
  • baked crust.
