Japanese Fruit Pie
Instructions
- Beat 4 eggs
- Add 2 cups sugar
- 2 sticks melted oleo
- Mix in 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup raisins and 1 cup pecans
- Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 300 degrees for 55 minutes.
- ** Can half recipe to make one pie.
