Fudge Brownie Pie

Ingredients
  

  • from Lorene Coker
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • I cup sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup nuts chipped (opt.)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Ice Cream
  • 1/3 cup Hershey's cocoa
  • Hot Fudge Sauce or choc. syrup

Instructions
 

  • Beat eggs in small mixer bowl; blend in sugar and melted butter. Combine
  • flour, cocoa and salt; add to butter mixture. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour
  • into lightly greased 8 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 30 minutes
  • or until almost set (pie will not test done.) Cool; cut into wedges. Serve
  • topped with ice cream and hot fudge sauce.
