French Apple Pie
Ingredients
PIE:
- 6 cups sliced tart apples
- 1 1/4 T. cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 2 eggs
- 2 T. butter
STREUSEL:
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 T. butter
- Mix well.
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2). Mix apples and spices, put in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredient. Pour into plate and sprinkle with streusel. Bake 55 to 60 minutes.
