Chocolate Cream Pie
Ingredients
- I 1/2 cup scalded milk
- 5 T. flour
- Pinch salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 square chocolate
- 1/4 cup cold milk
- 1/2 I. vanilla
Instructions
- Mix sugar, salt and flour together with cold milk and beaten egg yolks Pour
- this mixture slowly into scalding ilk. Cook until thick. Add flavoring and
- melted chocolate.
