Ingredients
  

  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 2 cup. Sugar
  • 2/3 c. butter
  • 1 heaping t. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour and sugar thoroughly; add butter and beat until light. Add
  • cream and eggs (beaten separately), sprinkle top with grated nutmeg.
  • Pour into a pastry lined pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 15 min-
  • utes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 25 - 30 or until firm.
