Cherry-O-Cream Cheese Pie
Ingredients
- 1 baked pie crust or crumb crust
- 8 oz. Package cream cheese
- 15 oz. Sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Let cream cheese soften to room temperature, whip until fluffy. Gradu-
- ally add the condensed milk while continuing to beat until well blended.
- Add lemon juice and vanilla, , blend well. Pour into prepared crust.
- Chill 2 to 3 hours before garnishing top with pie filling.
