Four-Layer Delight
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup margarine melted
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
Cream Cheese Layer
- 16 OZ. Cream cheese
- 2 cups cool whip
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Pudding Layer
- 2 Small Packages Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
Top Layer
- Remaining cool whip from Cream Cheese layer
Instructions
Crust
- Blend together in bowl with fork Put mixture in a 9 X 13 pan. Bake for 15 min-utes at 375 degrees - then cool.
Cream Cheese Layer
- Blend together in a mixer until smooth. Pour over cooled crust and spread.
Pudding Layer
- Mix 2 small packages chocolate instant pudding mix according to directions onbox. Spread over cream cheese layer.
Top Layer
- Take remaining cool whip and spread over chocolate layer and sprinkle with finely chopped nuts. Refrigerate for 24 hours and serve.
