Ingredients
Crust

margarine
melted
1/2

pecans
chopped
Cream Cheese Layer

Cream cheese

cups
cool whip
2
cups
powdered sugar
Pudding Layer

Small Packages Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
Top Layer
Remaining cool whip from Cream Cheese layer
Instructions
Crust
Blend together in bowl with fork Put mixture in a 9 X 13 pan. Bake for 15 min-utes at 375 degrees - then cool.
Cream Cheese Layer
Blend together in a mixer until smooth. Pour over cooled crust and spread.
Pudding Layer
Mix 2 small packages chocolate instant pudding mix according to directions onbox. Spread over cream cheese layer.
Top Layer
Take remaining cool whip and spread over chocolate layer and sprinkle with finely chopped nuts. Refrigerate for 24 hours and serve.
