Best-Ever Strawberry Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 pints strawberries sliced
- 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 large container whipped topping
- 1 large box of vanilla wafers
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 packs instant vanilla pudding
- 8 oz. Sour cream
Instructions
- Place strawberries, sugar and Jell-O in a saucepan and heat to melt sugar. Set
- aside to cool.
- Combine pudding, milk, sour cream and whipped topping - Mix well. When
- strawberries are cool, layer in a large glass bowl.
- Layer wafers, layer pudding mixture, layer of strawberries. Repeat to fill bowl.
- Refrigerate covered. Best if made the night before serving.
