Pecan Cookies
Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Mix in flour. Add pe-
- cans and vanilla. With wax paper form in a roll. Put in refrigerator for several
- hours. Cut off and cook at 325 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes.
