Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Mix in flour. Add pe-
  • cans and vanilla. With wax paper form in a roll. Put in refrigerator for several
  • hours. Cut off and cook at 325 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes.
