Divinity Candy
Ingredients
- Lorene Coker got this recipe
- from a girl in Moulton many
- years ago.
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup white karo syrup
- 2 egg whites beaten
Instructions
- Cook until mixture forms a hard ball when dropped in water. Pour mixture over
- two beaten egg whites and beat until thick. If you want add 1 to 1 1/2 cups nuts
- after mixture thickens, then beat by hand until nuts spread throughout candy.
