Lorene Coker got this recipe
from a girl in Moulton many
years ago.

cups
sugar
1
cup
cold water
1/2
cup
white karo syrup
2
egg whites
beaten
Instructions
Cook until mixture forms a hard ball when dropped in water. Pour mixture over
two beaten egg whites and beat until thick. If you want add 1 to 1 1/2 cups nuts
after mixture thickens, then beat by hand until nuts spread throughout candy.
