Chocolate Peanut Clusters
Ingredients
- 1 3-oz. chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 T. butter
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1/4 t. vanilla
Instructions
- Combine in 2 quart saucepan, pudding mix and sugar, stir in milk. Add butter.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Lower heat and boil
- gently for 3 minutes stirring constantly. Remove. Stir in peanuts and vanilla.
- Beat until thick but glossy. Drop on wax paper to harden.
