Chocolate No-Cook Fudge

Instructions
 

  • Cream 3 oz. Package cream cheese with wooden spoon and slowly blend in 2
  • cups of sifted powdered sugar. Melt 2 oz. Squares of unsweetened chocolate
  • over a pan of hot water. Add to cream cheese mixture. Add 1/4 t. vanilla, dash of
  • salt, and 1/4 cup of chopped nuts. Mix well. Press into a well buttered pan. Put
  • in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Cut into squares.
