The Cherry Jubilee Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Cherry Supreme Cake Mix
 - 1/2 cup Crisco oil
 - 1 Cup pear or apricot nectar
 - 4 eggs
 - 1/2 cup sugar
 - 1/2 t. cherry flavoring or 1t. juice
 - 3 drops red food coloring
 - from Maraschino cherries
 
Instructions
- In a large bowl blend all ingredients except eggs. Beat at medium speed for 1
 - minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating 1 minutes after each. Spread
 - batter
 - in
 - a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min-
 - utes. Cool right side up for 15 minutes, then remove from pan. Mix 1 cup con-
 - fectionery sugar, 6 maraschino cherries finely chopped, 2 T. cherry juice. Pour
 - over cake while warm.
