The Cherry Jubilee Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cherry Supreme Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Crisco oil
  • 1 Cup pear or apricot nectar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 t. cherry flavoring or 1t. juice
  • 3 drops red food coloring
  • from Maraschino cherries

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl blend all ingredients except eggs. Beat at medium speed for 1
  • minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating 1 minutes after each. Spread
  • batter
  • in
  • a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min-
  • utes. Cool right side up for 15 minutes, then remove from pan. Mix 1 cup con-
  • fectionery sugar, 6 maraschino cherries finely chopped, 2 T. cherry juice. Pour
  • over cake while warm.
