Cherry Supreme Cake Mix

cup
Crisco oil

Cup
pear or apricot nectar

eggs
1/2
cup
sugar
1/2
t.
cherry flavoring or 1t. juice
3
drops red food coloring
from Maraschino cherries
Instructions
In a large bowl blend all ingredients except eggs. Beat at medium speed for 1
minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating 1 minutes after each. Spread
batter
in
a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min-
utes. Cool right side up for 15 minutes, then remove from pan. Mix 1 cup con-
fectionery sugar, 6 maraschino cherries finely chopped, 2 T. cherry juice. Pour
over cake while warm.
