Mound Cake - 2
Instructions
- 1 box German chocolate Cake mix
- Bake as directed on box in two cake pans. When cool split layers in two.
FILLING:
- 21 OZ. Frozen coconut
- 8 oz. Sour cream
- 2 cups sugar (scant)
- Mix together well. Spread between layers.
- ICING: Pre-mixed chocolate icing or make your own and top cake and sides.
