Fruit Cocktail Cake
Ingredients
CAKE:
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 unbeaten eggs
- 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 can fruit cocktail
- 2 t. baking soda
- 11 t. vanilla
SAUCE FOR TOP OF CAKE:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup canned milk
- 1 small can coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
CAKE:
- Mix all ingredients at low speed.
- Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
SAUCE FOR TOP OF CAKE:
- Boil in pan one minute and pour over cake while it is still warm.
