Ingredients
  

  • from Martha Stewart
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • pinch salt
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 t. baking powder
  • 3 cup plain flour
  • 1 1/4 cup sweet milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 t. vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients well. Bake in tube pan at 325 degrees for one hour and 15
  • minutes.
  • GLAZE: Water, 1/2 stick butter, vanilla, confectionery sugar.
