Ingredients
  

  • from Diane Coker
  • 1/2 lb. Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 T. cocoa
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased bunt pan. Bake for 80 minutes at
  • 325 degrees.

ICING:

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 box powder sugar
  • Hot coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Mix margarine and sugar. Add coffee a little at a time until desired consistency.
  • Add vanilla and mix well. Put on cake.
