Instructions
- DAY 1 The day you you nothing. (in

 - DAY 10 - Add 1 cup flour 1 cup milk and stir. Pour 3 one-cup starters into gal-
 - lon size zip lock bags. Keep one for yourself and give the other 2 starters to
 - yours friends along with these instructions.
 
To the remaining batter add:
- 2 cups flour
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 1/2 tsp. Salt
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 1 cup oil
 - 2 tsp. Cinnamon
 - 1/2 tsp. Soda
 - 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
 - 3 eggs
 - 1 tsp. Vanilla
 - 1 cup nuts
 - 1 box vanilla instant pudding (large)
 - Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans or 1 bundt pan. Bake 60 minutes at 325 de-
 - grees. Cool 10 minutes before removing.
 - **You can sprinkle extra cinnamon and sugar on top
 - **Optional: Add 3/4 - 1 cup chopped nuts, raisins, dates, apples, pineapple,
 - chocolate chips
 - **Also good with butterscotch pudding, lemon pudding etc.

If you need to make your own starter, on DAY 1:
- 1 pack active dry yeast
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 1 cup warm milk
 - 1 cup plain flour
 - Mix the above in a quart jar and leave on your countertop, continue with DAY 2
 - above.
