envelope plain gelatin

boiling water
1/4
cup
cold water

mayonnaise
1 cup works fine 1 tsp. Salt
Instructions
Chip all vegetables very fine and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle gelatin in hot
water. Stir and let cool. Add cold water. Fold in mayonnaise and salt. Add all
other ingredients, mix well. Chill. Serve on bread, crackers or tomatoes.
